This home buying experience was way different than my last one. New market trends with current inflation are very difficult to overcome on a fixed budget or any budget for that matter.. we had to dig deep and wait for houses to become available. Most "affordable homes" are gone before you can see them and scooped up by "Professional Flippers# making it nearly impossible for a do it yourself sweat equity guy like me to have a chance. The area I was searching has a bigger problem with this. Fortunately Shirley persevered and helped us find our new forever home under budget and in a great neighborhood.
